Partner and Co-Founder
Originally from Utah, Brogan attended law school in Massachusetts through Western New England University School of Law. He graduated in the top 5% of his class while holding Executive Board positions on the Law Review Journal and the Alternative Spring Break Pro Bono Club (ASB). While serving on the Executive Board of ASB, Brogan organized and traveled with groups of fellow law students to provide free legal services during the students’ Spring Break. Thereafter, during the second-year summer break, Brogan rounded off his American law studies through Duke University with an International Transactional Law summer program in Genève, Switzerland.
After law school, Brogan relocated to the United Kingdom to pursue an International Financial Law LLM (Master of Laws), which he was awarded with Merits from King’s College London.
Brogan has been licensed to practice law in New York since 2018 and began his practice in Alaska in 2020. Prior to founding Artio Law, from 2020 to 2021, Brogan developed his litigation skills representing clients in contentious divorces and high-conflict domestic violence cases at one of Alaska’s largest family law firms. Thereafter, from 2021 to 2024 Brogan maintained, grew, and headed the Estate Planning and Probate Division at a well-established and respected Anchorage law firm.

Partner and Co-Founder
Sarah was born and raised on the central coast of California and moved to Alaska in 2010. She attended the University of Alaska at Anchorage and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She went on to attend law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating with highest honors.
Sarah began working at a well-established Anchorage law firm in 2020 as a law clerk and then as a licensed legal intern. After passing the Alaska bar she began her law practice in May 2022. Prior to practicing law, Sarah had a career in residential lending for some of the largest mortgage lenders in the United States. This background has provided her with a sound understanding of real estate transactions and title and escrow procedures.
Sarah’s current practice primarily includes business law, transactional law, real estate law, landlord/tenant law, civil litigation, and administrative law, while occasionally practicing personal injury and family law. Her philosophy is based on the desire to develop long-term relationships with clients, enabling her to step in to new legal matters with a clear understanding of the client’s life and/or business.

Associate Attorney
Born and raised in Alaska, Breanna graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with her bachelor’s degree in legal studies. She later went on to attend law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Breanna was a member of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review as an associate and later became a contributing editor.
Prior to practicing law, Breanna worked as a paralegal with the Office of Public Advocacy, the Guardian ad Litem section, and as a paralegal with a well-established family law firm in Anchorage. It was through these positions that Breanna developed a firm understanding of the legal system and the practice of family law in the state of Alaska.
After passing the July 2025 bar exam, Breanna started working as an attorney at Artio Law and was admitted to the Alaska Bar Association in November 2025.
At Artio Law, Breanna is primarily working on family law cases, while also acquiring a well-rounded approach to Artio Law’s other areas of practice. Breanna is passionate about achieving clients’ goals and her significant experience is invaluable for clients throughout their cases.

Associate Attorney
Brianna Arriaga-Lanier is licensed to practice law in Alaska and Alabama. She represents individuals, families, and businesses in a broad range of matters, with experience spanning business law, real estate, probate, estate planning, contract disputes, and civil litigation.
Known for her strategic approach and practical mindset, Brianna works closely with clients to develop solutions that are tailored to their goals while remaining mindful of the financial and emotional realities that often accompany legal disputes. Whether advocating in the courtroom, negotiating a resolution, or helping clients proactively protect their interests, she is committed to providing thoughtful counsel and effective representation at every stage of the legal process.
Prior to joining Artio Law, Brianna practiced with an established Anchorage law firm where she gained extensive experience handling complex litigation and advising clients through challenging legal matters. Her practice has included representing businesses, property owners, fiduciaries, and individuals in disputes involving contracts, property rights, business operations, insurance, probate, and other civil matters.
Brianna earned her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. During law school, she competed nationally on the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, including in the National Basketball Association Contract Negotiation Competition.Clients appreciate Brianna's attention to detail, straightforward communication, and client-centered advocacy. She believes every client deserves an attorney who is accessible, prepared, and committed to achieving practical, results-oriented solutions.
Outside the office, Brianna enjoys spending time with family, exploring Alaska, attending community events, and playing with her three dogs: Milky Way, Mars, and Astro.

Paralegal
Bryan was born and raised in Michigan. After a fulfilling stint in the United States Army, where he served with pride as a member of the Military Police, Bryan made a significant transition. He decided to make Alaska his permanent home and pursue his academic interests. He enrolled at the University of Alaska Anchorage and successfully graduated with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and an associate's degree in paralegal studies. Bryan's commitment to his community is evident in his active involvement in the local Parent Teacher Association and Community Council.
2020 marked the beginning of Bryan's paralegal career, where he has been a versatile asset in numerous practice areas. His strong ties to the community, coupled with his diverse professional and personal history, equip him with the empathy and understanding needed to assist clients in navigating their unique legal situations.

Paralegal
In 2022, Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, a foundation that sharpened her understanding of business operations and strategic thinking. She then pursued a lifelong dream of moving to Alaska. Prior to working in the legal field, Kaitlyn gained leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and managed complex workflows. She also spent a summer educating tourists about sled dogs - an experience that improved her communication skills and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
Kaitlyn has spent the last several years honing her paralegal skills in various areas of business law, civil litigation, and probate. Kaitlyn's dedication to providing high-quality legal support is exemplified by her detail-oriented nature, analytical mindset, aptitude for research, and excellent organizational skills. She has also served as business development manager for a local law firm.
Kaitlyn's interests reflect her creativity and appreciation for Alaska's natural landscape. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, photography, watercolor painting, reading, writing, and has a keen passion for dog mushing.

Receptionist
Jillian was born and raised in Michigan; after working and living in the South for many years, she decided to make a significant change and move to Alaska in 2026. She has worked in public service as a TSA officer and a 9-1-1 Dispatcher before joining the Artio Team as a receptionist. Jillian brings a diverse skill set to the team. When she is not at work, she can be found reading, baking, crafting, and exploring Alaska with her dog.
